Dan is very knowledgeable and professional. He repaired my water softener which was still working fine. I am grateful for his experience because I received a wrong diagnostic by some previous company who wanted to change my entire water softener system.
He also took the time to change my reverse osmosis system and all necessary fittings that go with it. Dan is very thorough in his work and I am very happy with his service and will gladly refer him for more business.

I contacted Stasis LLC to repair the brine tank in our water softener system. He responded immediately and came to conduct the repair the next day.
Dan found that in fact the leak we have was not from our brine tank and recommended a plumber.
I committed to a certain payment but Dan would not accept the full payment and only charged a very reduced fee.
