They did an anazing job well within time and budget. Junior Reyes was the technician who did the job and it was very well done - professionally and reasonably priced - something i could afford. It was a tough situation. Our water pressure hit 90 psi and broke our reverse osmosis system. Thus it was critical to get it fixed ASAP and thats where 1UP plumbing helped us right away. Everyone we contacted- the owner, front desk Teresa and the anazing technician Junior Reyes all did a fab job👍👍👍 I now know who to go to for future plumbing issues. Good job guys 👍👍

They offered to come out same day to check on why my water heater wasn't working even though it was already 2pm. I chose to schedule for the next morning since its July and not really an emergency. Tanner and Junior kept me informed throughout the entire process. from when they would arrive to time lines when they were getting the new water heater, which ai appreciated.They located a water leak in the tank and replaced the water heater the same day. They were professional and their pricing was in line with what I was expecting to pay.

Pro was extremely helpful in receiving input regarding the situation of the water softener. He took off from there and tested several functions which were very helpful in diagnosing the issue.
