Explained everything that was going to be done. There was a problem that I found after he had left and left a message on Thumbtack. Got an immediate response and the installer came right back and fixed the problem which was not with the installation. Extremely responsive and professional. I will not use any other plumber if needed.

Out of the 3 companies that we reached out to on Thumbtack, 1UP Plumbing company was the only honest one. The others said they wouldn’t touch it because they thought there could be more extensive damage and one even wanted us to call our insurance company and prepare for a big remodel job to remove everything in the bathroom without even pulling the toilet up to see if there was mold or how much water was underneath. 1UP came out and fixed the toilet leak within an hour for a reasonable price and saw there was not a lot of water and that it would dry out. Sure enough it is drying out very quickly. We do live in Arizona where water evaporates quickly. And Jason is so friendly and good human being. It felt like we were dealing with people in a small town who cared about us instead of a transactional big city experience. I am so grateful for this company being honest and responding quickly.

The young man that came to fix my toilet was very personable, knowledgeable, and showed up on time. He did a great job fixing the issue we had with our toilet and didn’t even charge us an arm and leg to fix it either.
