My 13 year old son is currently taking piano lessons with George. He is both a skilled piano teacher and player. While instructing, George clearly explains new concepts and readily demonstrates new skills. He is encouraging, patient and positive. Most importantly, he is willing to teach piano lessons using the musical genres (i.e., jazz/pop) that my son is interested in learning.

Michele is helping me learn the piano, the lessons are focused and laid back. I think that the price was very very reasonable and she is just very enthusiastic about others learning the piano. There's not much else to say, if you wanna learn, do your trial lesson and then see how you like it, which you will.

My kids love taking piano lessons from George. My daughter is 13 and my son is 10. George is very patient and kind with my kids. They really enjoy their lessons with him. I usually stay and read a book. His place is very comfortable for all of us. I highly recommend George for any parent who's kids have interest in learning piano. Chris

I have had piano lessons with a variety of different piano teachers of different musical backgrounds and abilities. I've stayed a student of George's and will continue to be one, because he has been better than the rest. He quickly assessed my own ability, thoughtfully considered my goals, and built lessons to help me get there. I have made significant improvement in a short amount of time under George's instruction. He has a passion for piano and a passion for teaching, and he goes over and above to make sure I fully understand all the concepts he teaches. I'm lucky to have found such a competent teacher who makes every lesson fun and wants me to be better.

Dr. Cohen is amazing. She is in my opinion the best piano teacher out there. She is a highly accomplished pianist in her own right and she wants all of her students to be the absolute best....both technically and expressively that they can be. Michele knows her piano stuff, and she knows her people stuff. She has a true gift. She teaches proficiently on a solid base of music theory, while always making my daughter feel confident and capable. She is genuinely encouraging. She really makes it fun! She always makes us both feel so warm and welcome. She customizes lessons as much as necessary. She really encourages individuality and creativity while simultaneously teaching the rules. Acheiving that balance is no small feat, but it just comes so absolutely naturally to Michele. Being a piano teacher is her true calling. We are truly grateful that we've found her.
Compared to other Piano teachers... well, there is no comparison! Michele is heads above the rest. I couldn't imagine how there could be a better piano teacher out there. She's simply the best.

I'm an adult student with a background in viola. This has turned out to be an awesome way to learn piano. George does a great job adjusting the lesson to your skill level, and he takes the time to get to know you at pretty great price. Definitely try him out if you're an older student trying to learn something new.

I’ve been taking piano lessons with Ryan for a few months. I have a weekly 30-minute class. I’ve never taken piano lessons nor have I ever played any musical instrument before. It was overwhelming at first. The first step is always the most difficult, but Ryan helped me. He sent me online links for keyboards, benches and stands to purchase. It’s been a fantastic experience. Ryan is very patient and makes use of every minute of class time. He challenges and leads me into something new just enough so I have the confidence to succeed. Ryan fine tunes my progress each week. It’s really nice to be able to do something I enjoy without the pressure to attain a certain level of excellence. Actually, I am amazed at two things: the complexity of learning to play the piano and, at the same time, how far I’ve come in so little time. One thing I take for granted is that he always comes right on time and never misses a week, but I really appreciate it.
