I had a toilet leak underneath the LVP flooring in my bathroom. Art was able to come the next morning! He was on time and professional. He removed the damaged planks, put in a new wax ring under the toilet, made sure that it fit properly, put in new planks, and was able to reinstall the same baseboards. He did a great job and was reasonably priced. I’m very pleased I went with Art.

Art confirmed our appointment the night before and showed up precisely on time which I appreciated. He had all the tools that he needed and got to work immediately once I showed him the locations for the multiple projects. He did a good job and cleaned up after himself was very courteous and even wore special shoes inside the house and left his street shoes in the garage, which I appreciated. I would recommend Art to do whatever handyman work you might have. He will communicate back and tell you if it’s something that he can do and give you a fair price. I will use Art again for additional projects.
