- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive on value basis with other qualified professionals who can provide same level of quality and have similar impeccable track record. Occasionally we do provide discounts and specials, depending on the size of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we schedule a consultation appointment at your convenient day and time, one of our home remodeling experts will come to your home to discuss your project, budget as well as product choices and selections. We will schedule the follow up appointment where the free estimate will be provided. Upon signing the agreement, Luxury Remodels in house designers will start on your project design, and schedule appointments at partner showrooms to visit for cabinets, tile, stone selections and other items. After finalizing the design, product selections along final budget, your project will be assigned to one of our construction managers and will move into hassle free construction phase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Luxury Remodels employs credentialed interior designers with many years of experience. All of our project managers have decades of construction managment experience. Each construction worker and subcontractor we use have been carefully vetted, background checked and screened. They are all performing work at the top craftsmanship level for each trade.
