- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on the individuals needs, as well as the scope of the project. That being said, we don't believe in tacking on hidden fees, and prefer to give you the total cost up front. Since we put people first, we've decided to change how things are done and offer these items included, free of charge: •Full editing/color grading for all photos •Full Resolution Images (300DPI | Print Ready) •Expedited Turnaround (2 Days) •All photos taken during the shoot, without the need to purchase
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically speaking, we never engage with a new client or commit to a project without first scheduling a phone call with them. Without understanding who the client is as a person, we wouldn't be able to do our job properly in a way that exceeds expectations. The main reason people love our work is because we love people. We always take the time to get to know our clients on a deeper, more personal level. This way the outcome of the project is easier to achieve, and all the photos look organic, even if they are staged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The members of our team have all had years of experience in the field, and were hand selected based off their ability to demonstrate superior craftsmanship in their photos, as well a strong passion for the photography. Between us all, we have a shared experience of 20+ Years in the photo industry.
