- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Good question. I think my customers know my pricing is fair, and competitive, and reflects the kind of care and value I put in for my work. Gear, travel, insurance, editing, and professional content are all factors of the pricing which is charged. Whether with me or another professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally, I love to have a phone call with a client. Where as email and text are nice and convenient, I think connecting over the phone (or even FaceTime) is important to tune in on the nuance of matching my deliverable to what the customer is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ten years of camera experience. "Youtube academy" is where I learned a lot of my craft.
