We were having trouble with our new dryer leaving some clothing wet. We contacted Magical Air Duct Cleaning and were able to get an appointment the same week. David showed up on time and was very professional. We went over the problem and he proceeded to inspect our dryer duct. Once completed, he showed us before and after pictures. Now our dryer works great.

David was responsive when asking for a quote, which was $250. I deliberately asked if there are any other expenses involved so I didnt waste anyones time. He cleaned the dryer vent, which was needed. But quoted $750 for a deep cleaning of the ducts, which was way more than expected. We also had a floating service time which made scheduling uncomfortable. He could only tell me when he was 20 min away. We appreciate the dryer cleaning, but should have been told of other expenses up front.
