- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of special occasion family dinners and romantic dinners for two. Receptions, buffet dinner parties, plated formal dinners, bachelorette parties, coctail parties, private and group cooking lessons, Mother's Day brunches/breakfast in bed, weddings, baby showers, bar/ bat mitzvah. Weekly and daily meal deliveries, in home personal meal preparations, special chef demo/ interactive luncheons. Holiday dinners and BBQ. Healthy and restricted diet meals, low sodium, diabetic. I use healthy, as much local ingredients as possible. Good food made really well!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As part of the hiring process, always have the chef cook a meal for you. that way you will know their style and their skill level.
