Ali is simply the best! I have had the run around with the city, on what they want as far as floor plans with precise measurements. I went to multiple architects/engineers who quoted me prices close to $1900 and telling me that it will take a couple weeks to recieve drawings and months to get permits once submitedfeom the city. I'll get right to the point. Ali of GHA Architects INC, came to my home on a Monday, received the detailed floor plans on Tuesday, went to the city on Wednesday, and walked out with Permits!!!!!! Ali's services costed me way less than half of other quotes! You cant get any better service than this!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Would like to thank GHA. Alix was, patient, kind and very professional. He listened, understanding that I had no clue of my structural challenge. Sending a few, unprofessional pictures of my concern, was able to reinforce my issues. although I need some correction with water flow, off my flat and pitched roof. Needing some repair but not having the structural issue I thought I might have. Thanking you for your time!! Saving me possibly more money than if that just had a roofer evaluate. It pays to seek out the expert. Thank you!

Mr. Gharai was extremely helpful on many levels. First, he was prompt and thoughtful in our request for inspection. Next, the professionalism he exhibited met our expectations. The inspections were complete and addressed all our concerns. Lastly, we knew his fees upfront and did not vary.
