My name is Carson Rodgers and I am the 3rd generation builder here in Arizona. I am licensed, bonded, insured for your protection and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. My son, daughter other family members are the foundation of this business. My typical project is room addition, gut renovations, major kitchen and bath expansion or remodel, exterior facelifts and historic remodel/restoration. We are a Design/Build company and every project we do is designed and built by my our team. We do all the documents needed for city building permit. Carson was on time, quoted a fair price and came prepared to work. He found solutions to 3 door problems and fixed them. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. He was courteous and polite.We will use his services again.

I did not end up using Carson for this particular project but I would definitely recommend him! He was very responsive, provided a quote and was great with follow up. If we had not been so far along in our project we would have used this company.

I didn't actually hire this contractor but he came out and gave me an estimate and was able to advise me the project I was trying to do really wouldn't fix what I was looking for it to fix. He gave me a free estimate, and the price of what he was going to do, would that have been the avenue I went down, was MORE than reasonable! I will be contacting Carson again if I need any work done at my place. He even advised me after the fact and gave me his opinion. Thanks Carson!

Carson is very knowlegable. His quote was very reasonable and at the same time, when the complexity of the job was less than anticipated he had no problem reducing his price. Matching the paint was a little challenging but he worked at it until we got it right. I would definitely hire him again.
