- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I occasionally run discounts, which will always be announced. If there’s no notice, it means no discounts are currently active. My website provides full transparency about pricing, with detailed information about each package, including the total cost and what’s included. If you’d like additional images beyond what’s included in your package, they can be purchased for $25 each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me to get started! We’ll schedule a call, Zoom meeting, or even a quick coffee chat to discuss your expectations and what you’re looking for in your session. If your pet is shy or uneasy around new people, I’m happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to help them feel comfortable before the session. However, if you feel confident in my work and editing style and don’t feel the need for a pre-session chat or meet-up, just let me know—we can skip straight to booking and get your session scheduled!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer, with the exception of an introductory photography class I took in college. By the time I took that class, I had already learned most of the concepts through my own dedication—watching videos, reading books, and refining my skills through trial and error. I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and techniques. Occasionally, I offer discounted sessions when experimenting with new approaches to ensure I continue delivering high-quality results while growing as a photographer.
