- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our estimates are just that estimates. Pricing fluctuates based on the condition of the home and what the clients needs are. Discounts are given for services that are outside of our general cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customers. This allows the customer to get to know us and build a rapport. After all you are inviting us into your home. We consider that an honor and we take pride in delivering services that are client specific.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a nurse for 12 years. My partner has been in IT for just as long. I recognize the importance of maintaining a home that is aesthetically pleasing. That our attention to detail and client satisfaction is more important than monetary benefits.
