They need to either understand the proper setting on whatever device they are using. The photographer brought a Blackmagic Pocket 6K pro camera to for still photos. After seeing this made me nervous of the outcome and these photos are what I expected. I even informed them hey give us the video files used to attempt to create the stills and we will do our own development of images, but never heard anything back from them.
So please make sure you ask them the type of equipment they have before booking to avoid images like these $200 waste. I am asking for a refund because we can't post non of these images online.

UPDATE July 19th.. I received a message saying the video was removed.. I checked and it has been Thank you for your attention in this matter! I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I would have given a 5 star but because I had to reach out several times to get your attention.When you post a story, please do everyone a favor and make sure the story is the truth and that you have obtained information from all parties involved instead of people trying to harm individuals who had a bad moment in their lifeAgain thank you.
