- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally offer a free half hour consultation for Tax representation and Tax resolution cases. I have a very low overhead, so my fees reflect that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial call is usually in person by appointment or through Zoom. I request the taxpayers to come in with any and all IRS letters, any state related letters, and other documents that might be relevant to the case. Documents are exchanged through a secure portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Enrolled Agent, I complete about 60-80 hours of training every year including attending industry conferences. I have the prestigious Enrolled Agent certification from the IRS, completed a Masters Degree in Tax(MST), as well as a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist. I will be earning my NTPI Fellowship shortly.
