Terrell came out the same day to clean my pool of leaves and get my pool to heat for my New Years party when my regular pool service would not. My pool motor had gone out and he fixed it in record time. He was polite and willing to share information and explain how to maintain my pool myself. My filter works better than it has for a year.

We are so happy we found Terrell. He came out on a Saturday morning and made what we thought was going to be a very pricey and embarrassing visit (our pool is a mess) feel so easy. He treated our pool on the spot, helped us set up our pool pump , gave us directions on what our next steps should be and even got back to us promptly when we felt like we encountered some issues with our pump the next day and voluntarily made a house visit today to ensure everything was ok. He fixed things in minutes. He's coming back out on Wednesday to start our weekly cleanings. He has exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Integrity Pool Care!

My pop up heads in my pool were not working properly and that caused my pool to not get clean. Terrell was the only guy out of 7 pool guys that gave me advice and told me to clean my filters first to see if that fixed the problem. Everyone else wanted to come out, charge a fee to look, and then diagnose the problem. Cleaning the filters fixed the problem!! Now I will be using Terrell for any future pool service needs. Don't waste your time with any other pool service company, go with Terrell and Integrity Pool Care!!

I needed my DE pool filtered cleaned and water balanced chemically and had been thinking about trying Thumbtack :) I put in the request - Integrity was 1 of 3 responded and I really liked the response the owner provided - so I went with them. I am glad & thankful I did and WILL use them again ;) Quick response, great follow through, technician friendly and thorough, and a clean sparkling pool as a result!!
