Had Trevor come out and drain, clean, refill the spa. Add chemicals. & clean the cover. Here is what I took from my experience.
1. Was very responsiveness from the beginning which led me to be able to get my job completed within 2 days.
2. Communicated well throughout the time he did the job along with pictures.
3. Was on time.
He did everything he said he was going to do and I appreciated that.

Let's begin with the spa cleaning. The tech dumped way too much chlorine to the point when I got in again, my skin was burning. I called to complain. They sent him back out to drain the tub. Both times he failed to unplug the power. As a result the tub needs a new heater element which they will replace at their cost but it's taken all week to get this resolved.

Art did an amazing job. Picking up a used hot tub I had chosen, getting it moved 50 miles, and getting it settled in and all hooked up and running on my back patio. Start to finish half a day, all cleaned out a d 104 degrees just as the weather got cooler! He was friendly and professional, his electrical work is quality and tidy, and he was knowledgeable about what he was doing. I’ll definitely keep calling Art whenever I have any Pool and spa issues or questions and for regular maintenance. Thanks Art!
