- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $75 per hour, per organizer, with the final cost based on the size of the space and the scope of the job. We tailor our services to your specific needs, and larger spaces or more complex projects may require multiple organizers to ensure the job is completed successfully and efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a new client, our goal is to make the process smooth and stress-free. Here’s how it works: 1. Free Consultation We begin with a free phone or in-person consultation to learn more about your space, goals, and any challenges. During this time, we’ll also discuss storage solutions and containers, helping you decide if any new items are needed to keep things organized. 2. Plan the Approach We’ll provide a clear plan with pricing and a timeline, so you know exactly what to expect. 3. Secure Your Spot Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll book your session and a deposit will be required to secure your spot. 4. Get to Work On the day of the session, our team of professional organizers arrives ready to transform your spaces, making sure everything is done efficiently and to your satisfaction. 5. Love Your Organized Space After we’ve completed the job, we’ll walk through the space with you to ensure you’re happy with the results. If needed, we also offer follow-up support and ongoing maintenance services to keep things running smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a combination of formal education, specialized training, and hands-on experience to every project. As members of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and NAPO AZ, we stay up-to-date with the latest organizing methods and best practices. We also attend monthly meetings and professional development sessions to ensure we are always improving our skills and staying current with industry trends.
