- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Rate Billing: Pay as you go at my hourly rate of $95/hr. Package Deal: Purchase allotted hours upfront to control costs, starting at 10 hours. In-person site visits are ~$200 before signing a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will set up a complimentary phone call to discuss your needs in more detail. I will follow up with a proposal and estimate for your review. At this stage, it is best to gather any design inspiration, dimensions, layouts, and other details needed so I can best prepare to assist. Next, we can schedule a time for a site visit, unless you prefer to work virtually.
