We gave Rob a challenge and he tackled it no problem! Our home has an outdoor covered patio that we suspect was built by a 10 year old. Mismatched measurements and had already caved in once because of rain on drywall where the roof wasn't covered properly. After talking to a few contractors, before we even got the quote, we decided these guys had to be the ones. They were professional and explained things so we could understand them. Rob gave us plenty of options from "just get it covered", to "great for entertaining", to "why does the outside look better than inside?" We appreciated him sharing his information and even giving us the option to purchase supplies if we were trying to save $. We just let him take care of everything and STILL came up with an estimate on the more reasonable side than some others. He and his team worked hard and in 2 days, we had a covered ceiling for our patio! Definitely will use again for other tasks!

Rob came over to fix several exterior doors in our hundred-year old house. Before Rob, we used to need a wrestling match to get them closed. Another door closed too easily and let leaves and dirt blow in. We were challenged both ways! Our doors were not easy to align. Rob had to invent techniques for each door until the right ones worked. He even had to redesign the transom on one frame. Nevertheless, he conquered each door and never gave in. Rob held to his quote even though he spent way more time than he must have estimated. Even though he never mentioned it, we decided to give him a bonus. I guess that's one way you can judge the credibility of our 5-Star recommendation!
