I received reminder notification of the appointment, he called prior to his arrival letting me know his ETA. He covered all surfaces coming into the house to the fireplace. Completed the service professionally, cleaned up when he was finished. Told me everything he was going to do before he started and while completing the work. Went over the pictures of the inside chimney taken during the inspection and talked me through the report prior to making sure everything was cleaned up and left the way he found it. Thank you for the great service today!

He did a great job and kept our house spotless. A thorough inspection was done and he went over it with me. The cleaning and inspection were very much appreciated. One thing I do really like is that the repair quote is emailed to you and you work it out with the office. Absolutely zero sales pressure to sign something while the employee is on site. I will definitely use them again.

We had them come out to inspect and clean our fireplace. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done. We received pictures and easy to understand explanations of what we saw. We would definitely use them again.
