- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge fair prices so that everyone can afford to keep their home as pest free as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a solution for their issue and then working on a plan to solve it. Everyone’s threshold is different when it comes to bugs in and around their home. Finding a way to make them happy and keep it affordable is my specialty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent many years in the hospitality industry as a front of house professional and then mostly as a Chef. I loved the work and had a lot of passion, but the hours and demanding nature of the business was difficult. Family is very important to me and working every holiday and weekend left very little time for work/life balance.
