FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer excellent value, especially considering the 20+ years of experience that produce consistent results, and I am completely professional. Also, my wife works full time in the business, doing retouching and helping us to respond quickly to our clients. Prices depend on the type of job, but generally starts around $220-$250 for a one hour shoot. Additional hours cost less per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am contacted, we arrive at a price, go over details for the session and schedule it. After the session, we usually get digital proofs or image files to our clients by email within 3 business days. I try to really understand what you are looking for, and I explain how I work, plus pricing and all other details. I don’t want there to be any surprises for my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional meetings, reading, online promotions, trying new equipment and techniques.
