- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are on par with the average cost for events in Arizona. All our packages include travel plus all the equipment you'll need for a successful party. This includes party lights, powerful speakers, microphones, a mixer and of course the DJ/MC.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to develop a personal relationship with every future client we work with. We encourage our customers to either meet us face-to-face, virtually or at the bare minimum on a phone call. We want you to feel comfortable with us and we want to make sure we're a good fit for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our DJs have a minimum of 3 years in the wedding industry. We are also versed in working birthday parties, anniversary parties, corporate events, holiday parties, grand openings, charity events, etc.
