- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive, if there is a competing service with similar experience and equipment. My equipment, from dj controller to speaker power cable - is state of the art from the leading brands in the business. Travel, Setup/Teardown, basic Lighting and two wireless microphones always included in quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep open line of communication through text or email leading up to event. Song requests and last minute changes are typically complete no later than 10 days leading up. I do not want to have to say, "I don't have that song.". I try to get all requested songs ahead of time on the playlist. So far, my success rate is %100.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Music Production, have been a dj in one way or another for 16+ years. I have experience in Wedding, Prom, Homecoming, Club, and big Festivals. I also have experience opening up for huge acts such as Galantis. Moreover, I have 6 years in customer service experience. I worked for Lenscarafters and T-Mobile. These companies taught me a lot about how to run a business, as I moved up to supervisor before leaving these jobs.
