- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is considered around average for the industry but the quality of our work and our warranty is unique as most large companies do not offer long, unlimited warranties. We do offer many options to allow for different budgets. Pricing on a service can be as little as 200.00 but a full service process with a great warranty can run upwards of 1000.00 on many homes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to discuss strategies, biology and the dynamics. We are not high pressure salesmen and prefer to discuss the biological reasons these can be either hard to eliminate or, in our case, surprisingly easy. So we initially discuss with our customer the environment and how the strategies apply. Once we have discussed the different processes available and you have decided to move forward with one, we send a prep sheet and discuss a potential schedule. Prep for this is much easier than the normal industry methods. Most companies have you do LOTS of prep, and the tech arrives mostly just to apply his service. We engage you in strategies that help make this absolutely successful, so we ask that all responsible adults (or youth) attend to stay around us to receive valuable instructions. This process can help you both become and stay bed bug free for as long as you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are in-house trained. The standard industry methods are developed for technicians that may not have their heads in the job. We are constantly learning, but our process is completely based on industry IPM principles and insect biology. Our staff could qualify as entomologists.
