- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my clients to feel empowred and informed. It is important for me to be a clear communicator, I walk my clients through the entire process verbally whether it is for meal prep or a dinner party service. Eating is a very personal thing. I encourage imput and always open to suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduate of health supportive culinary school. The Chef training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute in culinary arts and health located in NYC. I also have a Health and Lifestyle certificate from Cornell University alongside a HCTP certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I hold both a serve safe certification as well as NYC food protection certification. I am accredited with the BBB. I am NYC private chef recently relocated to AZ for the SUN!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started down journey when I was battling my own health issues and there where limited resources available to me. I want to give and teach people the skills and knowledge to cultivate and create their own sustainable lifestyle.
