Was extremely good on the first day with excellent feedback , after several attempts to contact to give technical details expressed to a contractor who claimed that all that was indicated by structural engineer was not clear and disputed by the contractor it was not right . Tried reaching him few times he did indicate after several modes of communication that he will be back from vacation on/by January 02 , approached via thumbtack to find out if he will be able to guide the contractor to complete the task with clear elaboration on what needs to be fixed on Jan, 03. In this process we lost several days . Reaching him was very difficult after the first visit. It was not a fair outcome and trust and time is lost with no results in sight to pass inspections
