Introduction
I have been training clients for 25 years in both boxing and lifting weights. I own a private gym off the 101 and Guadalupe called The Lift -N- Box. I train people of all ages and skill levels. A typical one-hour session consists of a warmup followed by boxing technique, footwork, conditioning, defensive skills and ab/core work. 💪🥊
