I had a great experience working with Eric at EZ Personal Training! I did not realize just 30 minutes could get me such a great workout! Eric kept me motivated when I felt like I couldn't do anymore sets. His HIIT model is super effective. I felt results right away. The gym has everything I need in a private setting without having to wait for equipment or feel self-conscious working around a ton of people. Eric is also very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend!
