Larry and his crew at ALM did an excellent job at my home.It turned out when my hot water heater failed the drywall mud that was used on the drywall that needed to be removed came back positive for asbestos.Hearing the word "asbestos" had me worried for my family but after talking with Larry he putme at peace of mind, safety was his top priority.Marco, his supervisor was professional and polite.The crew arrived when they said that they would and the job was completed when I was told that it would be. When the job was completed they broke down their equipment and material and left my home in excellent clean condition.I could definitely recommend ALM.

Dylan and Guillermo were awesome to work with. They stripped 60sq of asbestos roofing tiles in two days and has always been one of my favorite companies to subcontract because they always communicate well. Would highly recommend them.

From top down they're responsive, professional and very much over achievers! The owner Larry delivered on all of his commitments and gave nothing but A1 customer service. Sam, in administration, constantly communicated promptly and efficiently with both us, and our insurance company, streamlining the process. Paul, the project manager, went above and beyond! He grabbed the situation by its proverbial horns! He mitigated our home quickly, and handled communication with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered by our policy. He also handled the entire remodel of the interior of our home (which he also made sure was covered by insurance)- managing to take it from an old 2003 looking house to a brand-new-look home! He did the work all within 3 months, and in result, we were able to sell our home immediately after repairs were done. We would recommend ALM to anyone who needs mitigation and/or repair services, they deliver top of the line results all while giving you a personable client experience!
