- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Receive the call, gathering an understanding of emergency or upgrade needed. Sending out one of our professional techs to get eyes on project. Tech then puts together a price, after signed with an agreement work will then be completed. All jobs will have a invoiced emailed to them, as we are a paperless company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Field service tech and installer since 2009. Graduate of RSI, receiving certificate for EMT(Electro mechanical technology. EPA certified and a licensed holder in the state of Arizona.
