Our daughter's AC started blowing hot air on a 110 degree day. With small children in the home, she needed help right away. Nathan was awesome! Quick to respond, came out and did a thorough job to find out what the issue was. Found the part required and gave us a great quote to complete the work. We had called our Home Warranty Company 1st and the company they sent out took 10 minutes to look at the issue and gave us a high price to fix it! We will definitely be using Ball Brother’s again for any Plumbing or HVAC issues!

I had a great experience with this company. They showed up on the same day I reached out, completed the job which was a bad leaking in my shower area, valve, storage room, where everything got wet and I did not know because I was out of the country for the last 3 weeks and had no idea about the extension of the damage nor the water was damaging everything. Well, Nathan was great, very professional, punctual and nice. I will be using this company again if something happens.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Receive the call, gathering an understanding of emergency or upgrade needed. Sending out one of our professional techs to get eyes on project. Tech then puts together a price, after signed with an agreement work will then be completed. All jobs will have a invoiced emailed to them, as we are a paperless company.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Field service tech and installer since 2009. Graduate of RSI, receiving certificate for EMT(Electro mechanical technology. EPA certified and a licensed holder in the state of Arizona.
