The people at Desert RNC Landscaping came out to fix my sprinkler valve on the same day I contacted them. The valve was stuck on because the solenoid was shorted, most likely by a voltage surge. They listened to my opinions and we agreed on replacing the valve. In the process they found that a 3 way pipe junction was very close to the valve and changing the valve created leaks on the adjacent junction. They had to go back to the store and get a new junction part with no extra charge and they made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this company.
