- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want our customers to know that we are here to help. Many times our services require a visit to the property to properly assess the situation and provide the most accurate estimate to remedy the issue. We offer this service free of charge, but welcome a phone call in order to serve you best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we like to hear about your situation and if we are a good fit to help you remedy the issue. If so, we will gladly provide you a quote over the phone or schedule an on-site estimate to assess your issue and do our very best to get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience directly related to the septic and sewer industry. Every employee of our business is a certified septic inspector through NAWT and is qualified to help troubleshoot and correct your particular situation.
