FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a cash discount. If you've received a quote that is lower than mine, than I will match it from a few certain companies. Previous customers who have received multiple quotes have told me that I'm not the cheapest or the most expensive, I'm usually somewhere in the middle. I do accept credit cards but there is an additional 4% fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak over the phone and give a ball park quote. Meet in person. Explain my process. Provide a sample if necessary. Set a date to begin. I do not require a deposit from a customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A combined total of 30 years of on the job training between me and my father. I have tested hundreds of products, lacquers, dyes and glazes to find the perfect combination and formula. I have re-finished more than 1500 kitchens since 2003 and I have hundreds of references for you to speak with.
