- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are only limited fees. Pet enzyme treatments and/or a bad site that needs extra treatments on top of our service. Like I said, no hidden fees. I may suggest certain things, but that’s up to the client if they choose to add that service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet the client, ask what they need help with as far as flooring and furniture cleaning goes, then get them scheduled and build that relationship indefinitely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
About 8 years experience in this profession. I’ve seen and done everything that you can think of when it comes to the process of cleaning floors and furniture.
