- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts for not messaging me through Thumbtack. If you find me through here and reach out privately to avoid these crazy fees, I will give you an immediate 5% off. I give 5% off for repeat customers and 5% off for extended referral networking. I also do touch ups for free. I add overhead like gas and supplies to the invoice, but who doesn’t. My pricing is based off the industry standard across the US, as well as the quality of work I produce. I’m more than happy to be transparent with my price models. However, my prices are not negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to walk through the project and take notes on what’s needed. I like to sit down and talk about the estimate, from a productivity standpoint and get a feel for how to best serve the customers needs quickest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my 4 year degree in communications and marketing from WMU. I finished my trade apprenticeship at the end of October 2017 and have been subcontracting through apps and independently since.
