I should have paid half and settled the balance a couple weeks later. Due to travel that’s how long it took to learn only half my yard was being watered correctly. Hired to clean yard , trim and do winter rye. Yard is spotty and several patches in back yard. Over paid at just under $800!! No returned call or visit after asking why a few sprinklers were not replaced and still broke which was supposed to be a part of the job. I’ve since handled the repairs myself. No I will not be using his services again.
