Andy is very knowledgeable in his profession, he is helpful in offering suggestions without being "pushy." Andy explains the options and expected outcome to his customers. I asked for a quote and when he told me how much it would be I realized that it was a bit out of my price range. He instantly replied with an extremely rude comment that I “cost him $50” and insulted the fact I said it was out of my price range. I do not recommend working with someone who is rude like this after 1 message. This shows how he must be to work with…RUDE and disrespectful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and high quality products along with excellent communication and customer service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to come meet with the client to see their home/site and discuss options and their interests. During this time we can show samples of products and take pictures and measurements of the location to provide an accurate estimate. We will then come back to meet with the client to present the estimate and discuss the specifics of the pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CLVLT - Certified Low Voltage Lighting Technician. Numerous days of manufacturer training. Extensive experience with electricity, wire sizing, contracting and lighting design.
