- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"No surprises" invoicing and estimates. I work from time to time with special pricing depending on the situation and project. Some examples are Habitat for Humanity and Salvation Army service requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment and collect as much information as possible to be able to diagnose the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we all are scheduled for fall classes from our main product distributor. Every year we take continued education classes and training.
