We cannot say enough about Chris! We were having some issues with installing our front door and needed some serious help, very quickly. We contacted Best In The West, and Chris was up for the job. He was able to come out and do it in about 30 minutes, what we had been working on for hours! He is very friendly, and very good at what he does. I called Chris to ask about his availability for some work at my house. He responded with a text within 15 minutes, said he could come after he completed the job he was finishing.
Keep in mind this was late afternoon, heavy traffic to get up to my house in extreme NW valley. I was immediately impressed with his work ethic, and the way he handled himself was refreshing too. He added dimmers to my ceiling cans, repaired a large TV mount that had recently been installed wrong, put a new and improved shower head in our master shower, and even assembled the popcorn maker we received at Christmas while he was there with no complaints and no drama or problems. My wife and I are very happy finding Chris and will hire him for whatever we need moving forward! Thank you so much for the prompt response and outstanding work Chris, we appreciate you.
