- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We started with a quick phone call with one of our customers service representatives to gather information about service location and desired services and then a service technician or comfort adviser will be scheduled for an on-site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are trained and certified to work with all types of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. All Technician hold EPA Certifications and attend ongoing training on are regulator bases.
