If you do schedule a cleaning, and have to cancel, we understand that life happens sometimes. We will be happy to reschedule your cleaning at a time that works better for you. All cancellations must be notified or rescheduled within 48 hours or more from your scheduled cleaning. In the event that you cancel under 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning, there will be an added late fee to your account:
1st offense - 50% of the original quoted cleaning
2nd or more - 100 % of the original quoted cleaning
