I can’t express enough how happy I was to have met Mr. Sanchez. Not only did he respond quickly to my request, he was patient in answering all my questions about the work I need done. The price he quoted me was fair and much appreciated. He was very professional and showed me his license and proof of insurance. I was looking for someone that I could work with on other projects later and I am sure he would be excellent to work with. His years of experience and friendly demeanor calmed my anxiety about the needed repairs.

Tony and the crew from James Home Maintenance were incredible. I had a tough deadline, and another repair person canceled on me the evening before a job. I got an immediate response, and they arrived at 7a the next morning, like we agreed. They quickly resolved one problem, but we realized some wood under a sink needed to be replaced. They explained the issue completely, and gave me a fair price. Even though this turned into a bigger project, they had all of the work completed quickly, and it looks great. I am relieved to have my issues resolved, and they will get my first call for projects in the future. Highly recommend!
