Introduction
Hello! I've worked in real estate investing/construction doing odd jobs with family throughout my life and understand the frustration customers can have with bad contractors. My biggest focus is attention to detail. I aim for nothing less than perfection and will go above and beyond to guarantee my work. I am very personable to work with and want to make sure your experience flows as smoothly as possible.

Daran did excellent work painting our bedroom walls, closet, shelves and baseboards. Most importantly to me he cleaned up after when he was done. Very polite young man.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

my pricing is clear cut, and agreed upon upfront at a reasonable cost. no hidden fee's after work is finished. we mutually agree what the cost of the work is beforehand, and regardless of how long it takes me the job is finished when it passes your final quality check.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After introductions I would want to know what work you'd like done, pictures and descriptions or even a video call are perfect for a "virtually visit" to then negotiate an estimated quote on the spot. after you agree I am the professional you want for the job, I'll arrive at your preferred time and will be able to give you an exact quote in full, no hidden fee's before any work begins. once everything is in accordance, I'll send the initial digital invoice to collect payment after work is finished (some jobs will require a deposit)

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started as a GophStarted as a Gopher working temp jobs in the summer since my dad worked as a civil engineer, so I'd "Go get this, & go get that" 😅 After highschool I mostly worked on home renovations/repairs for family. My mother, God bless her, was able to get through the 2008 recession through smart real estate investing through 2012-2022, and I worked on several of those properties installing flooring mostly, but alot of just whatever needed to be done. Now I work self employed doing what I do best.
