I contacted Brittany and got a very timely response . Her communication was very good. She is very flexible with timing. She showed up at the agreed time and was very easy to work with. She was very patient with our little ones. She sent the pictures within a week and they turned out to be really good. I would hire Brittany for my next photo session needs.

Where do I start?? Brittany is top notch in her craft and professionalism! Despite her affordability, her attention to detail, commitment, and quick turnaround time exceeded my expectations. We were probably what most would have considered "difficult clients", but Brittany handled us with such professionalism and was completely understandable and adjusted to our circumstances, even though she didn't have to. I would highly recommend her to others. All of the pictures were great so I just picked one to show her attention to detail. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is just an estimate. Depending on the specifics of the job the price could go up or down. The cost for mileage does not include the cost of extra time spent driving. It is $25 for every hour of drive time not counting the first hour. An example would be if I have a shoot 2 hours away or 100 miles and it is $150 for the 1 hour shoot, I would charge $40 for mileage and then $50 for drive time there and back equaling a total of $240.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak with a new customer over the phone and do a pre session consultation , then we do the session, and I upload an online gallery for the customer to order from. Every client is different so it is tailored to fit their needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved photography for as long as I can remember.
