Work was good. Feel I was overcharged for what was done. What was told to me that had to be done in order to fix my problem was not what actually happened. Workers were there less than an hour and a half and was charged 900 dollars. A few screws and a tube of caulking was all the materials used.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair. I'm not a salesman, I provide a service to those in need. My installers are top notch with well over 75 years experience combined, everyone working with Pinnacle Gutters is a legal citizen and is paid a plus living wage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would introduce myself, then ask to go over what the customer wants, their problem areas, etc... Then assess the situation and show you what we plan to do to fix it and why. after I assess, I work up the price quote for the customer and go over price. When the job is confirmed I email a copy of the full Scope of Work Agreement of the job to them when I get back to my office.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into construction after school and loved it. I've been in the gutter side of construction the last 7 years.
