We have been screwed over before by HVAC companies and as a result, when our AC went out a few weeks ago we decided to get several companies opinions before letting anyone fix it. Of the 3 companies that came out, it was very easy to make our decision and go with First Choice. Sonny (the owner) seems like a great guy who genuinely cares about both his customers & his employees, and wants to run an honest business. He even lent us an air cooler to help keep our house cool while they were working on it. They were able to replace our AC system & furnace quickly & at a fair price, and offered 0% financing options. They also furnished us with an 10 year parts & labor warranty on our new system! Eric, Francisco, & Wyatt were our techs and they were friendly, professional, and did quality work.We highly recommend this company!

It makes it hard for people to trust any HVAC company. We aim to change that...one household at a time. Because, we are passionate about the heating and cooling trade, and we feel as though we can bless a lot of people in this industry. I hope you love that new Dual Fuel Heat Pump and Gas A/C and Furnace. You got the best of both worlds, and it's 17 SEER so I can't wait to see your energy bill savings. That Google Nest was a nice addition to the package, too. It will alert us if your system needs attention. So mix that with the fact that everything is under warranty for a decade, and that means you can be worry free when it comes to the heating and cooling of your place. Also, I know you might be moving during the next decade, and the new homeowners will be happy to hear that the warranty is transferrable to them. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Especially since you are navigating the difficult time of losing a loved one. We appreciate the shout out, and we are right around the corner if you ever need anything.
