He came quickly to repair appliance. Was happy with work completed. Waiting on him to come back to complete the repair. A part had to be ordered. Received a message that he was coming out today. Have not heard back yet . Waiting on a response.

Billy came on a Saturday. Was professional and answered my questions. So fot that call he wS great. When i callwd him back after the weekend to do the work, he said he would be here in at 3 and when he didnt show i xalled again. Billy said he was coming over when he finished last job. He didnt show. Did not call to say what was going on. Now i cant reach him. So much for the fee going towards the labor on the job. Find someone else! Common courtesy tp let the client know what is going on.
