- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Pest X, we like to keep things simple, honest, and hassle-free. When a new customer reaches out, here’s what they can expect: 1. Quick Response: We usually respond within 24–72 hours to answer questions and schedule your first appointment. 2. Initial Inspection & Treatment: At your first visit, we’ll inspect your home, identify any pest issues, and perform a full inside-and-out treatment based on what we find. We’ll also take time to explain everything we’re doing and answer any questions you have. 3. Clear Plan Options: We’ll go over our service plans — whether you want a one-time treatment or ongoing protection with our $39/month Healthy Home Plan, we’ll help you choose what’s right for you. No pressure, just honest recommendations. 4. Follow-Up & Guarantee: If you’re on a plan, we return regularly to maintain a protective barrier around your home. And if pests come back inside, so do we — at no extra charge. We treat your home like it’s our own. Friendly service, no surprises, and pest control that actually works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Pesticide Operator with liscense in household pest control, termite treatment, mosquito control, ground equipment, and commercial and health facility services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been in the pest control business for 10 years now, and it’s been quite the journey! I started out in Savannah, GA, working with the great folks at Prestige Pest Control. Recently, my wife and I decided to take a leap and start our own company in her hometown in 2023. Exciting times ahead!
